Welcome to iSupport Small Biz. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of iSupportSmallBiz.com and its services, including our business directory, listing submission, and listing verification features (the “Service”), operated by iSupport Small Biz, a KamKal Marketing & Media initiative (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service. iSupport Small Biz is a community directory that lets local businesses be listed, submit their own listings, and claim and verify listings so they can manage their information. Some listings are created by us to feature local businesses; the featured business may claim and verify its listing at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you submit, claim, or verify. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping it current.

3. Submissions and content. By submitting a listing or content, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within the directory and our marketing channels. You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or claim a business you are not authorized to represent.

4. Verification. Verifying a listing confirms your authority over that business’s information. We may take reasonable steps to confirm ownership and may remove or suspend a listing or verification we believe is inaccurate or unauthorized.

5. No guarantee. Listings and the directory are provided as a community resource. We do not guarantee visibility, traffic, ranking, leads, or business results, and we do not endorse any listed business.

6. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the Service, including by scraping, spamming, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property. The Service, excluding user-submitted content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by these Terms.

8. Third-party links and services. The Service may link to third-party sites and tools we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Disclaimers. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Privacy. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
