1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using iSupport Small Biz (the "directory"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.

2. Use of the Directory

You agree to use the directory only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited behavior includes submitting false or misleading listing information, claiming ownership of a business you do not own, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, and uploading obscene, offensive, or infringing content.

3. Listing Content & Accuracy

Business listings are submitted by business owners or compiled from public sources, and reviewed before they are published. Listing details (hours, contact information, services, and similar) are provided by the business and may change without notice. iSupport Small Biz does not independently verify every detail in a listing and makes no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. If you spot an error in a listing, let us know and we'll follow up with the owner.

4. Claiming & Verification

A "Claimed" or "Verified" badge means the listed business owner has confirmed ownership through our claim process and, where noted, has been reviewed by our team. These badges reflect the claim process itself; they are not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of the business's products, services, or conduct.

5. No Warranty

The directory and its listings are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any listed business will meet your expectations, and any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSupport Small Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the directory or your dealings with any business listed on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The directory's design, software, and branding are the property of iSupport Small Biz and may not be copied or reused without permission. Business owners retain rights to the content they submit about their own listing and grant iSupport Small Biz a license to display it on the directory.

8. Third-Party Links

Listings may link to a business's own website or contact channels. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the directory after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
